Country music star remains in ICU after heart attack, calls off summer tour dates
The fact that there is even the discussion of the 54-year-old someday getting back out on the road and playing those dates is incredible considering some of the comments shared about Ford’s battle early last week.
Ford was rushed to the hospital last Friday after wrapping up a show at Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row bar in Mesa.
Charlie Rymer, an analyst for the Golf Channel, shared an update late in the week that detailed how frightening the situation was while also providing fans with hopremainder of Ford’s summer concert slate has been cancelled through the end of August, per TMZ. The site said that Ford’s team said refunds will be available at the point of purchase for any of the missed dates. Some dates may end up as postponements, too, and in that case tickets would be honored for those rescheduled dates, per TMZ.
