Breaking News: Tom Aspinall have been suspended from the UFC due to alleged misconduct

Tom Aspinall’s next fight is yet to be announced in the UFC. The UFC Interim Heavyweight Champion will be keeping a close eye on Jon Jones vs Stipe Miocic at UFC 309 in November, and could face the winner in his next fight in 2025.

Tom Aspinall Next Fight: When Is The UFC Interim Heavyweight Champion Back In Action?

Despite being just 31-years-old and only having had nine UFC fights to date, Aspinall boasts an impressive 15-3 MMA record as of today, which includes 12 knockout finishes and three submission finishes.

Aspinall hasn’t gone the distance once in his entire MMA career, showing just how talented an MMA fighter he is. Like his countrymen Leon Edwards and Paddy ‘The Paddy’ Pimblett, Aspinall is helping keep British MMA on the map right now.

UFC fans last saw Tom Aspinall in action back in July at UFC 304 in Manchester. Aspinall faced Curtis Blaydes, the only man who had beaten him in the UFC in their highly-anticipated rematch.

The rematch went emphatically in favour of the Englishman, who knocked the American out with ease in just one minute in the UFC 304 co-main event.

In regards to Tom Aspinall’s next fight, there has been no official announcement as of yet. However, several fighters would snap Dana White’s hand off for the opportunity to try and derail the Aspinall hype-train.

In terms of when fans can expect to see Aspinall back inside the octagon, it will likely be in early 2025. This means that the Aspinall’s next fight is unlikely to be against the UFC 309 main event winner, but could instead be against someone like Jailton Almeida, Jairzinho Rozenstruik or Derrick Lewis.

Aspinall has beaten literally everyone else at the top of the division, bar Jon Jones, Stipe Miocic and Ciryl Gane. All who have fights booked for November and December respectively.

No matter who Aspinall’s next fight is against, the best UK betting sites will likely have him down as the overriding favourite. Given how dominant he was in his last fight at UFC 304 and how good he has looked in his last four performances.

Could Tom Aspinall’s Next Fight Be Against The Jon Jones vs Stipe Miocic Winner?

After his latest victory at UFC 304 back in July, Tom Aspinall made a successful first defence of his UFC Interim Heavyweight Title. Aspinall knocked Curtis Blaydes out in Round 1 of their heavyweight contest, making it five consecutive first round wins in his last five victories.

The only blemish on Aspinall’s record was that defeat to Blaydes five fights ago, but that was only due to injury rather than actually getting beaten. Now, there are very few fighters left at the top of the heavyweight division that Tom Aspinall has left to face.

However, there are two names he is yet to face. The UFC Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones being on, and the greatest UFC heavyweight of all time, Stipe Miocic, is the other. The pair face off in the main event at UFC 309, with Aspinall guaranteed the winner for his next bout.

However, there is a chance that both Miocic and Jones could retire in the aftermath of UFC 309. Miocic knows this is his last fight, with Jones also alluding previously to the fact if he beats Miocic, he has nothing left to prove in his career.

The best UFC betting sites in the UK would likely favour Aspinall to defeat either Jones or Miocic, regardless of how their fight goes at UFC 309. This just goes to show how impressive Aspinall has been, and how highly he is regarded by Dana White and UFC fans.

Lets hope that Tom Aspinall’s next fight is against the Jones vs Miocic winner, and that the Manchester based MMA star gets that huge fight he so deserves.
