The Oscar-winning actress, who marked the milestone on July 26, is said to be ‘gradually reemerging into public life’ after grieving the loss of the ‘love of her life’ who died from ALS aged 57 in August 2023.

A source told US Weekly: ‘She’s excited about what the future holds. She’s ready to get back in the game.’

They added Bullock is ‘open to the possibility’ of dating in the future, but for now, she’s ‘healing slowly, keeping Bryan’s memory alive and focusing on her children.’

Bullock is mom to Louis, 14, and Laila, nine who she adopted in 2010 and 2015 respectively.
Bullock stepped away from acting in 2022 to care for Randall amid his illness, with a second source saying: ‘Sandra needed the break to be with her family and Bryan.’

She last appeared on screen in 2022’s Bullet Train.

Another insider praised Bullock’s parenting, saying: ‘Sandra’s a really hands-on mom, The kids are involved in sports, and Sandra attends all their games. They all love the outdoors and go on bike rides and hikes together.’

This comes after a source close to Bullock’s friend Jennifer Aniston, 55, told People: ‘She’s doing okay now. Her kids are amazing. She’s very happy to be a mom.

‘Her friends gave her the support that she needed both during his illness and afterwards. She is grateful for all the love. Everyone helped to lift her up after Bryan passed.’

Randall passed away at the age of 57 on August 5, 2023 following a private three-year battle with ALS (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis).

He and Bullock had been together since 2015.

ALS is a ‘nervous system disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord,’ per Mayo Clinic, and there is no cure for the disease.
