A spokesperson for Gwent Police said: “We had a call at about 7.35am this morning reporting a collision on the A48 Sedbury Bridge.
“It did result in a road closure, and the road was reopened by about 9.15am.
“It involved a van and a motorcycle, and no life threatening injuries were reported.”
