TWO OUTER BANKS HOMES COLLAPSE INTO OCEAN IN NORTH CAROLINA

In a dramatic and devastating turn of events, two homes on the Outer Banks in North Carolina collapsed into the Atlantic Ocean yesterday. The incident occurred in the Rodanthe area of Hatteras Island.
