POLKTON TWP. — A 43-year-old Grand Rapids man died in a single-car accident near the 15-mile marker of I-96 early Saturday morning.

The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office said a black Cadillac Escalade left the roadway and rolled several times, ejecting the lone occupant. Police say the man suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead on the scene.
