ARDMORE, Okla. (KTEN) — Ardmore police are investigating a fatal crash involving a motorcycle on the city’s south side.
It happened along US 70 at the intersection with Carter Street SE shortly before sunset on Monday.
Ardmore police said 59-year-old Robert Wayne Cox was eastbound on the highway when his motorcycle collided with a Ford F-150 pickup truck that was headed south on Carter Street.
Cox was taken to Mercy Hospital in Ardmore where he died from injuries.
Details have not yet been provided on what happened leading up to the crash.
