It didn’t take long for the former Bills offensive coordinator to land a new job in the NFL.
After the Browns fired Alex Van Pelt, their previous offensive coordinator, in January, the organization was ready to find its new guy to be one of the new leaders of the team’s offense.
The Browns went through a thorough interview process to determine who would be the new guy in the position. They interviewed Andy Dickerson, Jerrod Johnson, Brian Johnson, Kellen Moore, and Ken Dorsey for the opening
They eventually landed on Dorsey, who said in his introductory press conference that it was a very in-depth interview process.
“The thing I respect about this organization and Kevin the most is how thorough they are in making these decisions,” Dorsey said. “It was darn near like a root canal to get this job, I mean you go through a lot of testing and I met more people in this building than I have in any building I’ve ever been in.”
