He impressed in the position and became the Academy Performance Analysis Manager, before another promotion to first-team Performance Analyst in 2015.
His career continued to advance at Albion and in 2018 he became a Senior Performance Analyst.
He knows Ashworth well from his time at Brighton and Tribe clearly impressed the Newcastle international when he was announced as their new coach and analyst.
