While there hasn’t been an official release date announced, EA College Football 25 has confirmed their release date of this summer for the most highly anticipated release of the summer.
Coming in at the number one spot is Miami’s top returning linebacker who was dominate last season. Ranking near the top of FBS in tackles for loss and tied with the team lead in sacks with 7.5, Mauigoa will enter the season near the top of the Butkus Award Watchlist as he’ll play a pivotal role on this defense. In terms of overall rating, I see it hovering around the low 90s overall.
A player that will be electric to play with on the video game with his mix of speed and arm talent, Ward comes to Miami after two successful seasons at Washington State. Miami fans will be jumping all over the opportunities to use Ward in option run plays with their talented backfield in the new game, as he’s a video game style quarterback. In terms of his overall, I see Ward coming in at the high 80s mark, somewhere between 87-89.
One of the best true freshman in the country, Bain returns next season expected to be one of the best overall defensive linemen in the country. Finishing tied with the team high in sacks and two games with multiple sacks, there’s no doubt he’ll be one of Miami’s highest rated players. In terms of rating, I see him falling just under Ward in that 86-87 range.
