Since he joined Liverpool, Mohamed Salah has scored more goals in the Premier League than anybody else.

Few people noticed the £34 million move of the forward to Anfield in the summer of 2017 after his one-year stint at Chelsea came to an end.

Salah’s contributions to Jurgen Klopp’s team are, however, getting greater recognition as rumours of a record-breaking move to Saudi Arabia continue.

The forward has gone on to become a Premier League legend since joining the team, scoring an astounding 139 goals in the top division in the years that have come after.

The fact that no other player has scored more Premier League goals over that time is very amazing.

Heung-min With 88 goals between 2017 and the present, Son has established himself as a major player in north London since moving to Tottenham in 2015.

Salah’s teammate Sadio Mane had a remarkable scoring record at Anfield as well, scoring 90 goals in the Premier League before he left for Bayern Munich in 2022.

With 94 goals between 2017 and the Foxes’ relegation at the end of the previous season, Jamie Vardy was a major factor in Leicester’s ascent to stardom in the Premier League.

Harry Kane, meanwhile, was Salah’s main competition.

Even though the England captain is one of the best scorers in the Premier League, he only scored 135 goals in six seasons, falling short of Salah’s record.

Even while the former Liverpool player’s total is still quite good, it only serves as further evidence of how dominant Salah has been during his time at Anfield.

As long as they can stave off Al-Ittihad’s interest, Liverpool will be hopeful that there will be plenty more to come as well.
