Liverpool left-back Andy Robertson stars for Scotland

Scotland played a 3-4-2-1 formation against Cyprus in European Championship Qualifying Group A.

Robertson is a left-back by trade, but for Scotland, he does tend to play higher up to accommodate Kieran Tierney in defence.

Scott McTominay, Ryan Porteous and John McGinn scored the goals for Scotland.

It was Scotland’s fifth straight victory, and they now only need two points from their last three qualifiers to secure a spot in the Euro 2024 finals.

Robertson got the game going and participated for the full 90 minutes.

The 29-year-old played three crucial passes during his time on the pitch, with a pass accuracy of 89.7%, won one header, had 77 touches, made one tackle, one interception, two clearances and launched seven crosses.
