The Washington Commanders sat in amazement with most of us as we watched the Dallas Cowboys and Los Angeles Rams sent packing while the Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers advanced to the Divisional Round of the NFL Playoffs on Sunday.

As we did for Saturday’s batch of games, we’re taking a Commanders free agency look at all four teams and one player the franchise could target this offseason.

Here are four players with expiring contracts that Washington could target this offseason.

played collegiately as a member of the Maryland Terrapins football program. Since joining the NFL as a 1st Round pick in the 2019 draft Savage has never made a Pro Bowl but has started 10 or more games in each of his five seasons.

Sunday Savage came up with a key interception against Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott which he returned for a touchdown.

The play was one many considered the proverbial nail in the coffin despite the fact it came before halftime.

Gone are the days when NFL teams can rely on just one running back to carry the full workload so Pollard should enter free agency looking for an opportunity to combine with another ball-carrier who compliments his own talents well.

Brian Robinson Jr. is a player many who watched Washington this season thought should get more work, but not so much that he gets run into the ground either.
