The Arkansas Razorbacks are currently under the limit of 85 with 83 on scholarship heading into 2024 (but that will all change). Here’s a breakdown by position and classification.

Here’s a look at the 2024 Arkansas scholarship distribution. All players with eligibility remaining from the 2023 roster are counted unless they have announced their plan to enter the NFL Draft (including accepting an invite to a senior bowl) or the NCAA Transfer Portal. This includes all players with a bonus year of eligibility. The list also includes all players who have committed to transfer to Arkansas, along with all 18 recruits who have committed to the Razorbacks.

The Razorbacks are currently sitting at 83 total scholarship players (updated 12.6.23 at 8:54 a.m.), counting all the factors listed above. As of Wednesday, 10 Razorback players from the 2023 roster have entered the transfer portal. Kicker Cam Little announced on Dec. 1 that he would be entering his name into the NFL Draft as a junior, and offensive lineman Beaux Limmer and cornerback Dwight McGlothern have accepted invitations to the East-West Shrine Bowl. Prior to those moves, Arkansas was at 97 total scholarship players looking ahead to the 2024 season before any transfers, declarations or de-commitments.

Arkansas coach Sam Pittman has expressed interest in adding transfers at several positions, so several will need to enter the portal to make way for any new additions. The Razorbacks have interest at quarterback, linebacker, safety and cornerback primarily, but they’ll likely try to boost most position groups.
