In his last 20 games, Keyonte is averaging 15.7 points per game, 4.7 assists per game and 2.8 rebounds per game. To go along with that, he’s shooting a blistering 41.5% from three over that span.

Since February 1, Keyonte has an 80.6 EFG% on 3.6 catch-and-shoot field goal attempts per game. In the same time frame he’s shooting 44.4% from three on 7.2 three-point attempts per game, to go along with 5.1 assists per game.

Not only is George at the top of the scoring ranks among rookies, he’s also at the top in passing. He leads all rookies with games of six or more assists with 20 total.

The next highest is Portland Trail Blazers guard Scoot Henderson with 17. No other rookie has more than 11. In games with five or more assists, George is also No. 1 with 26 total games. Brandin Podziemski of the Golden State Warriors is second with 21 such games.

He’s been one of the premier rookies from the 2023 NBA draft class. Despite being drafted 16th overall by the Jazz, George is right at the top of the list in many rookie metrics.

When it comes to scoring the ball, Keyonte is tied for second with Chet Holmgren of the Oklahoma City Thunder and just behind Victor Wembanyama of the San Antonio Spurs in most 30-point games by a rookie this season with three total. George is tied again with Holmgren and just behind Brandon Miller of the Charlotte Hornets and Wembanyama when it comes to most 25-point games by a rookie, with a total of five such games.
