Is Juan Soto leaving the New York Yankees?
Juan Soto is reportedly looking for a multimillion-dollar deal and his future seems to be outside New York
The Dominican Juan Soto has remained in great form since his arrival to the New York Yankees, via the San Diego Padres, maintaining offensive averages out of the ordinary .303/.434/. 567 with 19 home runs, 12 doubles, 3 triples and 57 runs batted in – numbers which make him a decisive player with the ‘Bronx Bombers’.
The outfielder quickly won the affection of fans of the ‘Manhattan Mules’ for his performances in their at-bats, but it seems that that will not be enough to maintain his stay in The Big Apple beyond this season. As things stand, at least according to one report, it looks as though he will leave in free agency.
