Leicester City climbed out of the Premier League relegation zone on Monday night, but a point wasn’t what most fans were hoping for.

A thrilling and nerve-wracking 2-2 draw moved City to 30 points, level with Nottingham Forest and Leeds United. However, City’s superior goal difference means that they climb above their rivals.

The team had to do it the hard way again, as, for the third game in a row, they had to come from behind to take something from the match. Everton’s opener came from the penalty spot in the 15th minute, but it didn’t take City too long to draw level.

After being brought in from the cold by Dean Smith, Caglar Soyuncu scored his first goal of the season in the 22nd minute. The game was turned on its head 11 minutes later, when Jamie Vardy rounded Jordan Pickford to score his second goal in as many games.
