Wide receivers K.J. Osborn and Drake London are among those on the first injury report of the week ahead of Sunday’s game between the 4-4 Vikings and the 4-4 Falcons in Atlanta. The Vikings held a walkthrough on Wednesday, so practice participation was estimated. Four players were listed as limited: Osborn (chest), WR Brandon Powell (shoulder), CB Akayleb Evans (neck), and LB Brian Asamoah II (ankle). DL Dean Lowry (groin) was Minnesota’s only DNP among players on the active roster.

Both WR Jalen Nailor (hamstring) and G Chris Reed (foot) were listed as full participants. They’re both on injured reserve but could be activated this week. The Vikings have one roster spot open, so they’d need to create another opening to activate both players. Reed’s impending return was one reason why the team felt comfortable trading Ezra Cleveland on Tuesday. Of course, the injury report doesn’t include Kirk Cousins, Justin Jefferson, or Marcus Davenport, who are all on IR. Cousins’ season is over, but Jefferson is eligible to return in Week 10 against the Saints and Davenport could return as soon as Week 11 against the Broncos.

For the Falcons, London was the only DNP of note on Wednesday. CB Mike Hughes (remember him?) and FB Keith Smith were limited. Vikings-Falcons Wednesday injury report.Minnesota Vikings Minnesota Vikings
