LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A Louisville man was arrested Friday after police say he stole thousands of dollars from customers at his restaurant workplace.

 

According to arrest documents, Justin Fox, 27, admitted to using customer credit card numbers from his time as an employee at Mark’s Feed Store to make more than $11,000 in illegal purchases from Home Depot and other places.

 

Fox also admitted to using the money to support his drug habit.

 

Arrest documents show Fox used at least two people’s credit cards at multiple Home Depot locations across the metro. The documents did not say which Mark’s Feed Store Fox worked at, if any.

 

Fox is at Metro Corrections facing three felonies including fraudulent use of a credit card and theft by deception.
