There has been a lot of back and forth between the Milwaukee Bucks and the Indiana Pacers throughout what has become a full-blown Central Division rivalry between these two sides. Well, technically, the players have done their bit to play down the rivalry narrative. The fans, however, have bought in completely.
The Bucks did all they could to exact some revenge on the Pacers on Wednesday night following their 122-113 defeat at the Fiserv Forum on Monday night. Unfortunately for Milwaukee, it was the same result on Wednesday, with Tyrese Haliburton and Co. taking care of business at home with a 122-113 victory.
Thanks to another Haliburton masterclass (31 points, 12 assists, zero turnovers), Indiana is now 4-1 against the Bucks this season. If this were a playoff series, Milwaukee would be heading home empty-handed yet again.
You can be sure that Pacers fans have been rejoicing with this massive win. As a matter of fact, Haliburton’s own girlfriend, Jade Jones, decided to jump in on the action. The Instagram model/influencer took to Instagram to share an utterly disrespectful post trolling the Bucks:
That’s savage. Although, after watching Haliburton’s out-of-this-world performance on Wednesday night, it’s really hard to argue that he has been an absolutely dominant force against the Bucks.
Some might even say that he’s earned the status of Milwaukee’s new owner
