LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has revised its report about what caused a 2018 plane crash that killed the Louisville City co-founder.

Wayne Estopinal, his company Vice President Sandra Johnson, and 32-year-old pilot Andrew Davis all died in the crash just seconds after taking off from Clark Regional Airport.

The NTSB initially said a failed winglet on the Cessna jet caused it to crash.

In the revised report, the agency listed the new probable cause as the pilot’s inability to regain control after the plane began to roll for unknown reasons.
