Cam Taylor-Britt, the cornerback for the Cincinnati Bengals, will be absent from Monday Night’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. According to Pro Football Talk, he sustained an ankle injury during the practice session on Friday.

According to ESPN, the Bengals’ head coach, Zac Taylor, has also stated that he does not know when the cornerback will return or what lies ahead for him.

He said, “I don’t know that,”

“I do know that he’ll be out this week.”

In 2022, the cornerback was picked up in the second round. He was a Second-team All-Big Ten in 2020 and 2021 as well. As per Pro Football Talk, the Cincinnati Bengals have lost three games back to back.

They lost their matches, which were against the Pittsburgh Steelers, Baltimore Ravens, and Houston Texans. They also suffered a huge loss as famed quarterback Joe Burrow suffered a season-ending injury.

The Bengals currently stand in the season with 5-6 score and the Jacksonville Jaguars stand at 8-3.
