Liverpool fans have been waiting for the announcement of the signing of Ryan Gravenberch today but a report now suggests the transfer is in doubt.

Red Devils fans need not panic as Fabrizio Romano said not long ago. However, a brand new update from Football Transfers is a bit concerning.

Report claims Ryan Gravenberch’s transfer to Liverpool is in doubt
After protesting all summer, Bayern Munich finally decided to sell Ryan Gravenberch this week.

The Dutch midfielder wanted to join a club where he would play regularly, and Liverpool stepped in and reached an agreement to sign him.

Bayern want a replacement for Gravenberch and Fulham’s Joao Palhinha becomes their main target. The Portuguese midfielder flew to Germany and even underwent a medical but in the end the deal fell through.

We told you just hours ago that Bayern did not give Liverpool the green light to announce the signing of Gravenberch.

Currently, the Football Transfers report claims that the deal is in doubt as Palhinha will not be joining Bayern.

Fabrizio Romano says the opposite
If you are looking for transfer news at this time of year then Fabrizio Romano is the person you should look to.

The transfer specialist has been following the Gravenberch deal from the start and he has consistently provided updates to Liverpool fans throughout the summer.

After it was reported that Palhinha’s move to Bayern was dead, Romano made it clear that it had nothing to do with Gravenberch’s move to Liverpool.

“Sources confirm that the deal with Ryan Gravenberch will and will go well despite the incredible changeover with João Pahlinha.

Liverpool believe all the necessary paperwork has been signed. Liverpool fans need not panic, but it would be for everyone’s best if the Red Devils confirm his signing as soon as possible.
