As the Lilywhites prepare for Saturday’s early Premier League beginning against Luton Town, Tottenham Hotspur head coach Ange Postecoglou will apparently have to make do without Manor Solomon for the next few months.

The Israeli attacker is one of eight injured players who the Spurs head coach is concerned about ahead of their trip to Kenilworth Road. It is believed that the attacker suffered a major knee injury in training.

Ivan Perisic (ACL) and Ryan Sessegnon (hamstring) are both sidelined by injuries, which adds to Tottenham’s fitness concerns on the left side of the attack. Bryan Gil is believed to be recovering from groin surgery but is unlikely to be put back into the action just yet.

Furthermore, Richarlison is a foregone conclusion to start after partnering with Son Heung-min for his team’s opening goal in their thrilling 2-1 win over Liverpool. Brennan Johnson was left off the most recent Wales squad owing to a hamstring injury, and it appears that he will also be absent today.

In that scenario, captain Son is expected to start at the head of the Spurs attack, with Dejan Kulusevski and James Maddison, whose knee injury was not significant, rounding out the opposing forward line.

Giovani Lo Celso and Rodrigo Bentancur won’t be available at Kenilworth Road due to injuries, but Yves Bissouma and Pape Sarr’s strong partnership was never going to be disrupted.

Diogo Jota was sent off for two alleged fouls on Liverpool’s Destiny Udogie, and Joel Matip’s last-ditch conversion of Pedro Porro’s cross into the Liverpool goal was crucial to Spurs’ victory over the Reds.

As Alfie Whiteman recovers from an ankle procedure, Udogie will likely join Porro, Cristian Romero, Micky van de Ven, and Guglielmo Vicario in the backfield despite the disgusting racial abuse the Italian received online after the game.

Vicario, Porro, Romero, Van de Ven, Udogie, Sarr, Bissouma, Kulusevski, Maddison, Richarlison, and Son are likely starters for Tottenham Hotspur.
