A pair of Alabama Crimson Tide stars will enter the 2024 NFL Draft. Kool-Aid McKinstry and Terrion Arnold, two top-flight Crimson Tide cornerbacks, are both heading to the pros, according to ESPN’s Chris Low.

Low reported the news of the Tide stars’ decisions on Thursday. “Alabama CBs Kool-Aid McKinstry and Terrion Arnold plan to enter the 2024 NFL Draft and won’t return to the Crimson Tide next season, sources tell ESPN,” Low said. Low also noted that fellow cornerback Malachi Moore plans to return to the team, though.

Both Arnold and McKinstry are two of the best cornerbacks in the country. NFL Draft analysts have waxed poetic about McKinstry and his abilities, so much so that the talented defensive back has been projected as a first-round pick. Arnold earned First Team All-SEC honors this past season, so he is no slouch himself.

The Tide won the SEC Championship this year despite a slow start. They lost at home to fellow CFP entrant Texas and had to claw their way back to the top. They defeated mighty Georgia but lost to the Michigan Wolverines in a thrilling Rose Bowl Game. The Wolverines defeated the Crimson Tide 27-20 in overtime after a fourth-down stop.

We’ll see if they follow a long line of talented Alabama cornerbacks who’ve made a name for themselves in the NF
