The Michigan Wolverines are currently facing an NCAA investigation into allegations of a widespread illegal sign-stealing cheating effort. The scandal has already resulted in a three-game suspension for head coach Jim Harbaugh from the Big Ten, and the team has two members of their staff already. But Harbaugh thinks his team has stayed unified throughout the whole process – and he had quite a bizarre analogy to explain that unity.
During his press conference on Monday, Jim Harbaugh praised his team for their ability to stay together despite “all the noise” regarding the NCAA investigation. And he followed that up with a very strange comment about his mother’s s“I like my locker rooms like my mother’s bathing suits: in one piece,” Harbaugh said.worth noting that this isn’t a completely original comment – he borrowed it from the hit show Ted Lasso. But it still was bizarre thing to say in a press conference, and it led to a lot of reactions on social media as a result.
