Ahead of their Week 7 matchup against the Denver Broncos, the Green Bay Packers have *cough* *cough* “packed” injury report. Per ESPN’s injury list, the Packers list 8 players as questionable, alongside ‘doubtful’ middle linebacker and former All Pro, De’Vondre Campbell, and Erik Stokes who remains out after continuing to rehab from a foot injury suffered at the end of the 2022 season.

Key players, including star cornerback Jaire Alexander, Pro Bowl guard Elgton Jenkins and stud running back Aaron Jones were all listed as questionable to play on Sunday at Mile High Stadium.

Final Packers injury report before heading to Denver, per Matt LaFleur:

Doubtful: De’Vondre Campbell

Questionable: Aaron Jones, Jaire Alexander, Elgton Jenkins, Quay Walker, Darnell Savage Jr., Devonte Wyatt, Zayne Anderson, Yosh Nijman, Eric Stokes.

Trouble Ahead in Week 7?

The Green Bay Packers enter week 7 as 1 point favorites against a struggling 1-5 Denver Broncos team coming off of a 13 point loss in Kansas City against the Chiefs. Despite major defensive woes, including conceding 31 points to the Zach Wilson lead New York Jets, the Broncos rank middle of the pack in points scored, with just under 17 per game.

Meanwhile Green Bay has had its own share of issues, in part at the quarterback position, where early growing pains have lead to negative criticism of the young Jordan Love. Yet, this could well be a bounce back spot for Love, as Denver have lead the league in opponent points allowed per game, at a whopping 33.

Regardless of the injuries, this should be a good test for this Packer team coming off a bye week to see what they are made of with their young, up-and-coming team.
