Bojan Bogdanovic will miss Wednesday’s game between the Detroit Pistons and Miami Heat.

Bojan Bogdanovic is coming off a year where he played in 59 regular season games for the Detroit Pistons.

Bogdanovic averaged an impressive 21.6 points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.6 assists per contest while shooting 48.8% from the field and 41.1% from the three-point range.

On October 25, the Pistons will play their first game of the regular season when they visit Jimmy Butler and the Miami Heat in Florida.

For the game, the Pistons will be without Bogdanovic.

Bogdanovic has played nine seasons in the NBA for the Brooklyn Nets, Utah Jazz, Indiana Pacers, Detroit Pistons and Washington Wizards.

His career averages are 15.6 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.7 assists per contest while shooting 46.0% from the field and 39.4% from the three-point range in 662 regular season games (he has also appeared in 47 NBA playoff games).

The Pistons are coming off a year where they were the 15th seed in the Eastern Conference with a 17-65 record.

They dealt with injuries and missed the NBA playoffs for the fourth straight season.

Meanwhile, the Heat are coming off a season where they were the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference.

They beat the Milwaukee Bucks, New York Knicks and Boston Celtics in the first three rounds of the NBA playoffs and lost to the Denver Nuggets in the NBA Finals.
